  Alexander Gibson deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Alexander Gibson of St. John’s Farmer. I give and bequeath to my wife Agnes all my property whether real or personal and all moneys which may be in Bank or otherwise and all my interest in my father’s estate having perfect confidence in my said wife that she will take all proper care of our children’s welfare and education, And secondly I appoint my said wife Agnes sole executrix of this my last will and testament Witness my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this fourth day of October Anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy-eight. Alexander Gibson. Signed published and declared by the said Alexander Gibson as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in the presence of each other and the said testator have signed our names as witnesses hereto, Jno. J. Flannery, I. R. McNeily.
