Will of Adolf Warren

In re: ADOLF G. WARREN DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Adolph G. Warren of St. John’s Accountant.

I desire that the annual rents issues and profits arising from the whole of my estate real and personal shall be paid to my wife to be applied by her in her discretion to the joint support and maintenance of herself and my daughter Frances Ella Warren until the death or marriage of either of them Upon the death or marriage of either I desire that the whole of my estate shall then go to the other for her sole separate and absolute use.

I bequeath to Elizabeth Walker the sum of forty dollars. I appoint James S. Winter of St. John’s Q.C. executor of this my last will. Dated at St. John’s this twelfth day of June A.D. 1885. A.G. Warren. Witnesses, J. S. Winter, L.M. Coen.
