In re: ADAM RAMSAY . DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Adam Ramsay of Saint John’s, Newfoundland, Baker.

First. I desire that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid.

Second. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Emma Ramsay for her sole and absolute use and benefit all property moneys estate and effects of every description of which I shall die possessed.

Third. I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 13th day of June A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.
