Patrick James Mallard   deceased

 This is the last will and testament of mePatrick James Mallard of Quidi Vidi Newfoundland in the County of ______made this 5th day of November day of_____ (?) in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 17 I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore.  I appoint Henry Thomas Snow of Quidi Vidi & my wife Mary Margaret Mallard to be my executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my wife Mary Margaret Mallard all my personal property & effects to be used by her Mary Margaret Mallard for the support of herself & and children namely George Henry Mallard Sarah Mary Mallard John Francis Mallard so long as she remains a widow. & after her death the balance to equally divided between George Henry & Sarah Mary & John Francis Mallard & in case one of them dies the other to share his part   Equal.   - Patrick James Mallard -   signed by the said testator Patrick James Mallard in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses    Joseph Cullen   Cain Churchill  X
