Edgar Percy deceased
In the name of God, Amen. I Edgar Percy of St. Johns in
the Island of Newfoundland Engineer being of sound and disposing mind memory
and disposition do make publish and declare this as and for my last will
and testament.
First: I hereby revoke and cancel all wills or documents of a testamentary
character made by me.
Second: I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay my just debts
and my funeral and testamentary expenses.
Third: I give, devise and bequeath all property both real and personal
that I may die possessed of to my wife Lavinia Percy absolutely subject
only to the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses as
hereinbefore directed.
Lastly: I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Lavinia Percy sole
executrix of this my last will and testament. Edgar Percy.
Signed published and declared as and for his last will and testament by
the said testator in our presence present at the same time who in his presence
and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto our
names subscribed as witnesses this 31st day of January A.D. 1911.
