Joseph Bulger deceased
This is the last will and testament of me Joseph Bulger of Saint
John's, Nfld. Builder and Contractor.
1. I will and bequeath to my wife my property consisting of five
dwelling houses on Bond Street four dwelling houses on Pilots Hill and
one dwelling House on Gill Street and also my work-shop to have and to
hold for her natural life and after her death I will and bequeath to my
daughter Hannah the dwelling house and appurtenances No. 4 Bond Street
to my daughter Gertrude the dwelling House and appurtenances No. 8 Bond
Street to my daughter Annie unmarried four dwelling houses and appurtenances
on Pilots Hill and work-shop and to my daughter Mary Margaret Bulger unmarried
three dwelling houses and appurtenances on the south side of Bond Street
and to my son John Bulger the dwelling House and appurtenances situate
at Gill Street, I will and bequeath to my son James Bulger house and land
and appurtenances on the North side of Maxse Street's Saint John's.
I appoint His Grace the Archbishop E. P. Roche and Frank Rendell both of
St. John's to be executors of this my last will and testament. Dated
at Saint John's this 19th day of September 1918. -Joseph Bulger.
Signed published and declared by the said Testator to and for his last
will and testament the same having been read and explained in our presence
who in his presence can in presence of each other have hereto subscribed
our names as witnesses on the day and date above written.
