Will of Lavinia Percy of Bell Island
In re    
Lavinia Percy   deceased

I Lavinia Percy of Bell Island Newfoundland, being of sound mind, make this my last will and testament.  I give and bequeath unto Minnie Taylor wife of Charles F. Taylor my house and property in St. Johns.  I also give and bequeath unto the said Minnie Taylor all the money at present deposited in the Royal Bank of Canada in my name.  I also give and bequeath unto the said Minnie Taylor all the money that is among my personal effects in the said Minnie Taylor's possession.  I hereby appoint Charles F. Taylor executor of this my will.  In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this eleventh day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.  Lavinia her X mark Percy.  Signed by the Testatrix Lavinia Percy in our presence: J.T. Lawton, Constable John Morrisey
