This is the last will and Testament of me. Richard Allan Chafe, at present of Petty Harbor, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Fisherman.  1. I hereby revoke all former Wills made by me.  2. I appoint Charles. E. Hunt, of St. John's, sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.  3.  I give, devise and bequeath unto Richard Henry Westcott, of Petty Harbor aforesaid, Fisherman, the Western end or part of the house at Petty Harbor which I now occupy.  together with all land and property attached or appertaining thereto and all furniture contained in such part.  4.  I give, devise and bequeath specifically unto the said Richard Henry Westcott my bed, bedding and bedstead and one-fourth of the furniture contained in the Eastern half of my said house. 5. I give, devise and bequeath unto Richard Allan Chafe the Eastern end or part of my said house together with the land and property attached or appertaining thereto and three-fourths of the furniture contained in such part, the remaining one-fourth being bequeathed under paragraph 4 of this my Will to Richard Henry Westcott. 6. I give, devise and bequeath to Herbert Westcott and his two sons, Robert Westcott and Richard Henry Westcott, my one-third share in the fishing room now used by me at Petty Harbor together with the sum of Two hundred dollars. 7. I give, devise and bequeath all my share and interest, amounting to about one-half, in the fishing boat and in all nets, gear and other things appertaining thereto jointly owned by myself, Herbert Westcott, Robert Westcott and Richard Henry Westcott, to the said Herbert Westcott, Robert Westcott and Richard Henry Westcott jointly and equally.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Petty Harbour this 14th day of September A.D. 1918.  Richard A. Chafe X his mark.  Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament by affixing his mark in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, the said will having been first read over and explained to the Testator. who appeared fully to understand the same.
