Charles Trenchard deceased
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Charles Trenchard of St.
John's, Retired Customs Tidewaiter.
First. I desire that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary
expenses shall be paid out of my estate by my Executor hereinafter
named.
Second. I appoint my son, Kenneth Trenchard, sole executor of this
my will.
Third. My household goods and furniture I have already devided
between my son Kenneth and my daughter, Eliza McBay.
Fourth. I bequeath to my son Kenneth and to my daughter Eliza McBay,
all moneys of which I shall die possessed, to be divided equally between
them.
Fifth. I bequeath my land and dwelling house and all other property,
estate and effects of which I shall die possessed to my son Kenneth for
his sole use for ever.
Witness my hand this 27th day of March A.D. 1915. Charles his

Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator on and for his last
Will and Testament, who, in our presence and the presence of each
other, all present at the same time, have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses. [having been first read over and explained to Testator]

This is a Codicil to my last Will and Testament. I hereby cancel
the fourth paragraph of my said will and hereby bequeath to my daughter
Eliza McBay all money of which I shall die possessed after payment of debts
