St. John's may 24/1903.  I Alice Ryan widow of Charles Ryan St. John's & St. Marys give to my niece Ellen Mahoney now Ellen Daly house built by me & situated on Prescott St. Number 36 thirty-six.  After my death the said Ellen Mahoney is to be sole owner of the said house.  Alice Ryan
