In re
Charles H. Emerson. deceased This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles H. Emerson of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Registrar of the Supreme Court. I appoint James F. Blackwood and my son Frederick R. Emerson the executors of this my last Will and Testament. I. I give devise and bequeath all my property of every description of which I may die possessed or become entitled to, to my wife Helen L. Emerson absolutely and for ever. 2. Should my ) said wife predecease me, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Clara Helen Emerson the sum of ten thousand dollars to be paid to her by my Executors within one year from my death, also my Silver Queen China Tea Service and all my jewellery. I give the rest residue of my estate comprising property of every description both real and personal of which I may die possessed or become entitled to, to my son Broderick R. Emerson absolutely and for ever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 2nd day of February I9I9. Charles H. Emerson.
