Emma Dunsterville deceased
This is the last Will and Testament of me Emma Dunsterville, of St.
John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow. I revoke all former
wills by me at any time made and I appoint my niece, Mary Ann (May) Hennessey,
to be the Executrix of this my will.
I will and direct that my said executrix shall pay my lawful debts
and my funeral and testamentary expenses.
I will and direct that my said executrix shall pay to Reverend Francis
Ryan, Roman Catholic Priest, formerly of St. Patricks Parish, the sum of
Fifty dollars for Masses for the repose of my soul and the soul of my late
husband.
I give and bequeath all my household furniture and stock in my shop
to my sister Lilla Costello.
I give and bequeath to my said executrix for her own use absolutely
all the residue of my estate, including in particular any cash in
Bank or on hand of which I may die possessed.
Witness my hand at St. John's this Twelfth day of September Anno Domini

Signed published and declared by the said Testatrix as and for her
last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her
request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our
names as witnesses.
