Will of Augustus Frederick Goodridge of St. John's

In re 
Augustus Frederick Goodridge  deceased

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Augustus Frederick Goodridge of St. John's, merchant.  I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will.  I appoint my three sons Richard, Frederick and William Goodridge executors of my will.  I bequeath to my said three sons all my interest in Alan Goodridge and Sons and Goodridge and Company Limited in equal parts share and share alike. 

I bequeath to my nephews Avalon Goodridge, the sum of Five hundred dollars.  I bequeath to James Thomas the sum of One hundred dollars.  I bequeath my furniture and household effects to my four children, Richard, Fred, William and Grace, in equal parts, share and share alike.  I desire that my executors shall carry into effect the provisions already made by me for my daughter, Grace Owen, in so far as I have been unable to complete same. 

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this 2nd day of February 1920. A.F. Goodridge. 
Signed published and declared by the testator as his last will in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
