In re
Augustus Frederick Goodridge deceased This is the last Will and Testament of me, Augustus Frederick Goodridge of St. John's, merchant. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will. I appoint my three sons Richard, Frederick and William Goodridge executors of my will. I bequeath to my said three sons all my interest in Alan Goodridge and Sons and Goodridge and Company Limited in equal parts share and share alike. I bequeath to my nephews Avalon Goodridge, the sum of Five hundred dollars. I bequeath to James Thomas the sum of One hundred dollars. I bequeath my furniture and household effects to my four children, Richard, Fred, William and Grace, in equal parts, share and share alike. I desire that my executors shall carry into effect the provisions already made by me for my daughter, Grace Owen, in so far as I have been unable to complete same. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's
