Will of Alice Trelegan of St. John's

In re 
Alice Trelegan.  deceased

In the name of God amen.  This is the last Will and Testament of me Alice Trelegan of St. John's Widow.  I appoint my niece Alice Coughlan of St. John's the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.  After all my just debts are paid,  I devise and bequeath, all I die possessed of to my said niece Alice Coughlan for her sole use and benefit.  during her life, and after her death the remainder to my grand niece Minnie Coughlan at present of Boston Mass in the United States of America.  If Minnie Coughlan should die before my niece Alice Coughlan, then the said Alice Coughlan is to have absolute right to dispose of the property as she pleases. 
Dated at St. John's this 27th day of March A.D.1915  Alice Trelegan
