I William Neal of Witless Bay being in sound , do hereby bequeath to my
wife the Garden on Alder Hill. Bed and bedding, 1 cooking stove,
the use of other furniture until required by my son Peter, Half the Dwelling
House until her death. To my son Peter one piece land between main
line and Pat Neal, half the forest land between Thos Power and Mullowney
Road. To my step son Patk Kelly one piece land bounded by Pat Neal
on the East side, and Michael Wall on the West. One piece of land by Glam
River Road bounded by John Norris on the South side and Pat Carew on North
side. My wife to have use of the kitchen garden until required by
son Peter Neal. To Patk Kelly half the forest land bounded by Thomas
Power on the one side and Mullowney Road on the other side. (?)iving
