The last will and testament of Daniel Clark.  I Daniel Clark of the Goulds Back Line being of sound mind, do hereby will and bequeath to my daughter Bridget Malloy, all my right title and interest in that piece of farming land owned and occupied by me for the last seventy years.  Situated at the Goulds Back Line in the District of Ferryland and bounded as follows on the front by Shorts Road, on the back by land belonging to Patrick Hearn on the Northeast by land belonging to my brother Simon Clark on the Southwest by land belonging to Michael Flynn and measuring in all fifty acres, also the house and barn thereon.  Signed Daniel Clark X his mark.  Maurice Colbert Executor dated at St. John's this 26th.
