In re
Howard John Taylor. deceased. I Howard John Taylor of Saint John's accountant hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and appoint William J. Sharpe of Saint John's Dry goods merchant to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath my insurance of one thousand dollars in the Mutual Life Assurance Co. of Canada Policy No. 88708 to my promised wife Kathleen Hynes. I give devise and bequeath to Kathleen Hynes aforesaid a further sum of five hundred dollars if my accident insurance with the Canadian Casualty & Boiler Insurance Co of Toronto Policy No. 31913 is collected and its value of fourteen hundred dollars or more placed to the credit of my estate. I give devise and bequeath the sum of four hundred dollars to Kathleen Hynes aforesaid to be held by her in trust and used as she deems advisable for the benefit of her niece Jean Dicks on the condition that my accident insurance above-mentioned be collected as stated above. I give devise and bequeath to Kathleen Hynes aforesaid my right title and interest in Premium or Foreign Bonds held and owned by me jointly with Malcolm Davidson and Walter (?)A.Q'D Kelly. I give devise and bequeath the sum of five hundred dollars to my sister Beatrice Taylor should the amount of my accident insurance policy No. 31913 be collected as stated above. All the rest residue and remainder of my property goods chattels monies insurance and effects I give devise and bequeath to my mother Ann Taylor absolutely. Signed at Saint John's this twenty first day of July in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and fifteen. Howard John Taylor.
