This is the last will and testament of me Edward Maher of St. John's Fisherman and Laborer I will and bequeath the house in which I now live No. 32 Lime St to John OBrien also of Lime Street to have and to hold the unexpired term thereof until the completion and end thereof.  I appoint said John OBrien as my Executor   Edward Maher   Signed Published and declared in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses on this twenty first day of December 1918     T.
