 Petition of Mary Hewardine - Estate of William Hewardine
TO THE HONOURABLE THE SUPREME COURT OR ONE OF THE HONOURABLE THE JUDGES THEREOF.

The petition of Mary Hewardine of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, widow, humbly sheweth:-

1. That William Hewardine late of St. John’s aforesaid, Yeoman, died at that place in the month of September 1892, having made and published his last Will and Testament hereto annexed duly proven.

2. That said testator left him surviving his widow your petitioner three sons William, Thomas and William Henry, and three daughters Elizabeth, Annie and Susie.

3. That said testator was possessed at the time of his death of property of the probable value of $800.

That no Probate or Administration has been granted to any Will or to the Estate of said deceased.

Your petitioner therefore prays that Administration C.T.A. to the said
           Estate may be granted to her.

  Dated at St. John’s aforesaid this 14th day of July A.D. 1899.
