Last Will and Testimony of Mary Pike, found in probate yr 1929 In re Mary Pike, Deceased. Know all men by these presents that I, Mary Pike, Relect of the late Francis Pike In and of the Island of Newfoundland, In the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eighty one. This is my last Will and Testimony, Do will and bequeath all my right title and Interest In Four hundred and Sixty Pounds, now in the Commercial Bank of Saint John’s Newfoundland, being left me by virtue of Legal Will, by my Brother the late John Legge of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland to my daughter Elisa Pike “Deducting” Fourteen Pounds from said above mentioned amount to be paid to my son James L. Pike as remuneration for expenses on said money by him.
As witness my hand this fourteenth
day of April A.D. 1881.
