The last Will and Testament of Nathaniel Morris.  I Nathaniel Morris, being in sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following: I give, devise and bequeath to my son and daughters, their heirs and assigns forever as follows, viz:- To my son William Crocker Morris I Will, devise and bequeath Two hundred dollars [$200.00] and to my daughters, Eva Scammell, Ella Seeward Lucy Harris and Ada Harriet Percy, Two Hundred  Dollars [$200.00] each.  I Will, devise and bequeath to my daughter Hilda Margaret Morris my Dwelling House, number 14 situated on the East side of Balsom Street, St. John's, Newfoundland together with all my household effects and piano.  I further Will, devise and bequeath to my said daughter Hilda Margaret Morris my Life Assurance money from the Canada Life Assurance Company for one thousand dollars [$1000.00] with bonus and profits, dated 28th December 1893, formerly bequeathed to my wife Eleanor Margaret Morris who is since deceased.  I further Will devise and bequeath to my daughter Hilda Margaret Morris the sum of one thousand dollars [$1000.00] in cash.  I further Will, devise and bequeath to my daughter Hilda Margaret Morris all my mortality-money from the Loyal Orange Association and Trinity Benefit Club of which I am a member in good standing.  I Will, devise and bequeath to my daughter Florence Morris at present in New York, the sum of five hundred dollars [$500.00] in cash.  My land in the South West Area of Trinity willed to me and my brother William Morris by our grandfather William Hiscock [my brother William since having sold his half to me, the deed of which is held by me] I Will, that said land be sold by William White, subcollector, Trinity, and after paying him his commission the proceeds of sale be equally divided amongst any children mentioned above or their heirs then living.  Any money accruing or maturing from the real estate of  F.J. Hart & Company B.C. to be equally divided amongst my children or their heirs then living.  Any money remaining on deposit in The Royal Stores Thrift Club and Bank of Montreal, after bequests are paid, together with any money that may be found in my house belonging to me, to be equally divided between my two daughters Hilda Margaret Morris of St. John's and Florence Morris at present in New York.  And lastly I hereby appoint Hilda Margaret Morris to be my Executrix to this my last Will and Testament, to see it properly carried out.  In Witness Whereof I Nathaniel Morris, Testator, have to this my last Will and Testament, set my hand and seal in St. John's Newfoundland this second day of April A.D. one thousand nine hundred and eighteen Nathaniel Morris.  Signed Sealed and Declared by the above named Nathaniel Morris in the presence of us, who have subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said Testator and of each other      Alf Salter      Eugene Parsons.
