In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, I Francis Worthington Colley, Priest & Incumbent of the Mission of Fox Trap Conception Bay NFLD do make this my last will and Testament I give & bequeath to my wife all my possessions my furniture books and $1000 invested in Anglo French loans in care of the Bank of Nova Scotia St. John's, also any money to my credit in the NFLD Savings Bank and Savings Bank of the Bank of Nova Scotia.  I appoint my wife Sole Executrix, she will pay my debts and carry out my wishes To the other member of my family Llewellyn I commend the care and protection of my wife.  I regard him in every way as a son & it is my consolation that I can with love & confidence so regard him.  Francis Worthington Colley
