Will of Patrick Mahon of Torbay
In re                             
Patrick Mahon       deceased

This is the last will and Testament of me Patrick Mahon Torbay.  I hereby revoke all other wills made by me and do will, bequeath devise to my son John Mahon, who now lives with me, all my estate land, dwelling house, outhouses, horse cows etc., and all appurtenances thereto, and after his, my son's death the said estate is to go to his two sons Patrick and William Mahon, if they survive him.  If their mother survive their father her sons Patrick and William are to care for and support her from the products of this estate.  That my sister, Ann Brien, who now lives with my son, John Mahon, is free to live with him or his heirs and is entitled to be supported by him or them from this estate.  That my daughter Elizabeth O'Neill to whom I gave $60 [sixty dollars] for this specific purpose   -  to have one High Mass for me and my daughter after my death and to have two masses said weekly for my soul and the souls in Purgatory until the remaining money is spent.  That my daughter Elizabeth is to return this money to my son who will do exactly as I have stated with the said sum of $60 [sixty dollars]. That two Masses are to be said for my and the souls in Purgatory every year while this estate is held by my heirs.  his X mark Patrick Mahon   In witness whereof I Rev. L.
