In re
David Hickey deceased. In the name of God Amen the last will and testament of David Hickey of Outer Cove in District of St. John's East in the Island of Newfoundland Fisherman made this eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eightine I David Hickey aforesaid being now in a sound and perfect state of mind and memory but in a very imperfect state of bodily health and knowing that it is appointed for man once to die do hereby make this my last will and testament and do dispose of my wordly substance as follows. First I do will and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Hickey my land house out houses horses cows stage My land is boundery as follows on South by the barns road on North by the road leading to Stacks on East by the beach road and all so that piece of land in the (?)coleler my out houses shall (?)mane my barn and siler my house shall (?)mane my dwelling house my wife Elizabeth Hickey shall hold the same while she remains Elizabeth Hickey or until she mary again I do hereby set my hand and published and declared this to be my last will and testament this day and year above written November 11th 1918.
