Will of Clement Hudson of Pouch Cove

IN RE:   CLEMENT HUDSON    DECEASED

1.I, Clement Hudson of Pouch Cove in the district of St. John's, Fishermen.hereby revoke all Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will.

2.I give devise and bequeath, absolutely, all my real and personal Estate and effects unto my sons Matthew Hudson and Thomas Hudson, share and share alike.

3.I appoint my said sons Matthew and Thomas Executors of this my Will.

4.It is my desire and wish that in case any of my children, not provided for in this will, become disabled and thereby unable to work, that my said sons Matthew and Thomas shall permit said child or children so disabled to live with them on my property and also to provide for said child or children a comfortable living.

5.It is my desire and wish that in the event of either of my said sons Matthew and Thomas or both, deciding to sell any of the Realty, given to them under this my Will, that he or they will sell said Realty to me or my family, in order to continue the name of Hudson, as the owner of said property.In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's this 3rd day of August A.D. 1912.Clement Hudson.
