In re
Robert Wright deceased This is the last will and Testament of me Robert Wright of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, Broker and Commissioner Merchant. First. I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. Second. I appoint my wife Evelyn F. Wright sole Executrix of this my will. Third. I direct that all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and death duties be paid out of my estate. Fourth. I give and bequeath the sum of five thousand dollars to my mother Susan B. Wright. Fifth. I give and bequeath the sum of $250 to my accountant Hedley F. Smith. Sixth I give all the rest residue and remainder of my estate to my said wife Evelyn F. Wright. In witness whereof I the said Robert Wright have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this twelfth day of February Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and sixteen Robert Wright. Signed by the above named Robert Wright as his last will and Testament, in the presence of us, both present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Jas.
