Will of Elizabeth Goodyear of St. John's

 

In re      
Elizabeth Goodyear  deceased

This is to last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Goodyear of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland.  Widow.  I give devise and bequeath all my property to my daughter Genevive Goodyear and appoint her sole executrix of this my will.  In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Goodyear have hereunto subscribed to my hand at St. John's aforesaid this twenty-eighth day of July Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and seventeen    Elizabeth her X mark Goodyear   Signed by the said Elizabeth Goodyear [by making her mark thereto] as her last will in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.  Edward Shapher.  John J. Coveduck.
