Will of Abalsom Driscoll of St. John's

In re 
Abalsom Driscoll. deceased.

 This is the last Will and Testament of me Abalsom Driscoll of the North Battery, St. John's, fisherman.  1.  I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament.  2.  I give devise and bequeath my Dwelling House and fishing property situate at the Battery, together with my household furniture and effects to my son Alan absolutely, it being my wish that my said son Alan should care for my son John until he shall attain the age of 21 years.  3.  I hereby appoint my brother-in-law Samuel Snelgrove, of St. John's, Caretaker to be the sole Executor of this my last will.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's Newfoundland, this second day of January A. D. 1919.  Absalom Driscoll X his mark.  Signed by the said Testator having been first read over and explained to the testator who appeared fully to understand & approve of same, in presence of:-   J. Winter of St. John's, Solicitor   Mrs. Jessie Snelgrove.
