In re
Caldwell Louisa Ann deceased This is the last will and Testament of me Louisa Ann Caldwell of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland widow. 1. I give devise and bequeath all my property effects and estate of every description to my daughter Helen E.G. Caldwell and my daughter Jannie (?) E. Caldwell in equal shares. 2. I appoint the Reverent Moses Harvey of Saint John's aforesaid sole Executor of this my will. 3. I hereby revoke all other wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and Testament. Witness my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this ninth day of November A.D. 1898. -Louisa A. Caldwell- Signed, Published and Declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other [all present at the same time] have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
