Witless Bay Feby 26th 1917 A.D. I James Tobin of Witless Bay in the District of Ferryland In my last and testament do bequeath to my son Patrick Tobin my (?ap) and all it's belongings also my property in Gallows Cove and erections thereon and in consideration he {Patrick Tobin} is to pay the church the sum of Twenty dollars $20.00 also to my daughters  Ellen McCormac Esther Burke Ann O'Brien and Clara Blackler Mary Joseph Johnson and Bridget O'Brien also Agnes Burke family and Justine Kennedy's Family the consideration of one dollar when called for James his X mark Tobin Patrick Smith witness Thomas Norris   Henry Carew
