In re
John Sullivan deceased This is my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to my dear Wife Mary Ellen all my worldly goods of every description with one exception noted below during the term of her natural life and should there be any part of said remaining at the time of her death the said remainder to be equally divided between the survivors of her children and mine. The exception noted above is a Life Insurance Policy for the sum of One thousand dollars on my life made in favor of my first Annie and this Policy with all the profits accruing thereon I will and bequeath to the surviving children of my said first wife Annie to be divided as follows Viz. One third to Emile wife of John T Keating One third my Son Thomas F Sullivan and the remaining third I have given my said Son Thomas F verbal instructions as to its disposal John Sullivan.
