In re
James Coady deceased This is the last Will and Testament of me James Coady of St. John's
in the Island of Newfoundland Wharfinger. 1. I give devise
and bequeath all my land houses goods chattels furniture effects moneys
in Banks or elsewhere and other property of every kind and description
whatsoever to my wife, Mary Coady, for her sole and absolute use for her
life. 2. I desire and direct that on the death of my said wife
that the whole of my estate and property or such part of it as may then
remain shall pass to my daughter Elizabeth Coady for her sole and absolute
use, or if she shall have died leaving children her surviving before the
death of my said wife, then at the death of my said wife it shall pass
in equal shares to the said children of my daughter, Elizabeth Coady.
3. If my said daughter Elizabeth and her children if any shall all
be dead before the death of my said wife, then on the death of my wife
the whole of my property shall pass to John Saunders, one of the sons of
my late daughter Mary Saunders. 4. I hereby revoke all wills
and codicils made by me prior to the date hereof. 5. I appoint
Brian D.S. Dunfield of St. John's, Solicitor to be the executor of this
my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 22nd day of November A.D. 1911.

in the presence of us who in the presence of him and of each other did
subscribe our names as witnesses hereunto M.F. Summers
