Will of Lester Densmore Barbour of Newtown
In re     
Lester Densmore Barbour  deceased

1.  I, Lester Densmore Barbour of Newtown, but at present of St. John's, Soldier, hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will.  2.  I appoint Samuel Barbour of Newtown, my Uncle, to be Executor of this my will.  3.  I bequeath unto the firm of  E&S. Barbour, doing business at Newtown, all my life insurance in the Manufacturers and Sun Life Insurance Companies, absolutely.  4.  I devise and bequeath all moneys in my name in the Bank of Montreal and Cochrane Street Methodist Church onto my Executor in trust to pay the income from said moneys onto my mother  -Mary Jane Barbour-  during her life or until she remarries, when at her death or remarriage, I devise and bequeath all the said moneys onto my brothers Job and Carlsen Barbour, absolutely.  Share and share alike.  5.  I devise and bequeath all the residue of my real and personal estate and effects onto my brothers Job and Carlsen Barbour, absolutely, share and share alike.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's this 14th day of May A.D. 1917.  Lester D. Barbour.  Signed by the said Lester Densmore Barbour as his last will, in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.  Florence Ewing     S.
