Elizabeth Alice Loughnan  deceased

I Elizabeth Alice Loughnan of No. 38 Bark Place in Bayswater in the County of London widow hereby revoke all wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will.  1.  I appoint Edgar Horace Hitchens of No. 1 Grosvenor Place in the County of Middlesex and Cyril James Fox of St. John's Newfoundland Barrister-at-law Executors of this my will.  2.  I give to my brother Hector James Henderson absolutely all my interest of what ever tenure the same may be in our property at Harbor Grace St. John's Newfoundland  and in case of his death in my lifetime I give such interest to my cousin Marion Jackson the wife of John Jackson for her absolute use and benefit.  3.  I devise and bequeath all the rest of my real and person estate whatsoever and wheresoever onto the said Edgar Horace Hitchens and Charles James Fox upon trust to sell call-in and collect the same at such time and in such manner as they may think fit and shall out of the moneys arising thereby and all other moneys forming part of my estate pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and shall stand possessed of the residue thereof upon trust to pay the same to my said Brother Hector James Henderson and Edgar Horace Hitchens of 1 Grosvenor Place aforesaid in equal shares as tenants in common for their absolute use and benefit and in case either of my said Brother or the said Edgar Horace Hitchens shall die in my lifetime then in such case I give the whole of my residuary estate to the survivor absolutely.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Fourth day of October  one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.  E.A.
