In the name of God Amen this is the last will and testament of the Robert Raymond Senior of the Goulds in the Electoral District of Ferryland Farmer I will devise and bequeath unto my nephew Robert John Raymond son of Thomas Raymond all my property of every description of which I may die prossessed my farm and land at the Goulds my house furniture horses carts and farming implements and all monies that I may die possessed of and I hereby nominate and appoint him my Sole Executor.  Signed by me at Saint John's Newfoundland this 26th day of October A.D. 1902.  Robert his X mark Raymond.  Signed published and declared by the said Robert Raymond as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of the said Testator signed the same as such witnesses the same having first being read over and explained to the said Robert Raymond   D.
