In re
John Geary deceased In the name of God, Amen. This is the last will and testament of me, John Geary, of St. John's, in the Island of Newfoundland; Master Cooper, made this twenty-first day of August. Anno Domini One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seven, 1. I will and desire that my Executrix hereinafter named shall see that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses are first paid. 2. I give, devise and bequeath my land situate on Kings Road, with the two dwelling houses erected thereon, numbered 95 and 97 respectively, unto my wife, Mary Geary, at present residing in Boston, for her sole use behoof, and benefit. 3. I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter, Anne Rose Geary, executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former and other wills that may have been made by me. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's, the day and year first above written. [sgd] John Geary. Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
