Will of William Keough of St. John's
In re                                     
William Keough      deceased.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, William Keough, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Cooper.  I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my daughter Mary Executrix of this my Will.  I give and bequeath to my said daughter Mary for her own use absolutely all the property of whatsoever kind I may die processed, including in particular my leasehold messuage No. 14 Chapel Street, my household furniture, and any cash in Bank or on hand.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen.  W. Keough.  Signed published and declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof.  W.
