This is the last will of me Annie Duffy of St. John's Newfoundland Widow and I revoke all former wills by me made.
I give devise and bequeath all property of whatsoever kind I shall die possessed of to my daughter Catherine Duffy and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this 19th day of August 1918 at St. John's Newfoundland.
