Will of Margaret O'Leary of St. John's
In re                     
Margaret O'Leary  deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me, Margaret O'Leary, of St. John's, married woman.
1.  I desire that my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall first be paid out of my Estate.
2.  I give and bequeath to my husband, James O'Leary, all my property of which I may die possessed absolutely.
3.  Should my said husband predecease me I desire that my property shall go to my son James O'Leary.
4.  I appoint my said husband sole executor of this my last will.
Margaret O'Leary.  Signed by the testator in the presence of us both present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
