Will of Rebecca Oke of St. John's
In re                    
Rebecca Oke  deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me Rebecca Oke of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow.  I appoint my daughter, Amelia Noonan, sole executrix of this my last will and testament.  I bequeath to my grandson Claude Noonan the engraving "Mary, Queen of Scots" I will and bequeath to my said daughter, Amelia Noonan all my interest whatsoever in the leasehold property situate at No. 47 Quidi Vidi Road and the renewal of the lease thereof and also all and whatsoever property goods chattels and effects of which I may die possessed.  It is my wish and desire that at the expiration of the lease of the property now occupied by me the renewal thereof shall be given to my daughter, Amelia Noonan.  In witness whereof I have subscribed my signature hereto at St. John's aforesaid this sixteenth day of January A.D. 1920.  Rebecca Oke.  Signed published and declared by the testatrix as her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.  W.
