In re                   
Patrick Delaney  deceased.

Sept. 12th 1919.  I Patrick Delaney of St. John's Newfoundland Being of sound mind.  Will to my son Charley's children Mary Delaney and Charley Delaney.  Two hundred dollars each now deposited at the Bank of Montreal.  The property at Cupids now in possession of my brothers widow after her death.  My portion also goes to those children.  The remainder of my money in the said Bank after my funeral expenses are paid to be divided between my daughters Mary Delaney now [Sister Ursula] Convent Arkansas. U.S.A.    Agnes McRae.
