This is the last will and testament of George Skelton of Saint John's Newfoundland written by myself, thanking the Almighty God, that it has pleased him to preserve me in a degree of health and strength to the ninety third year life.  As soon as convenient after my funeral, and after paying my lawful debts and placing a memorial stone at my grave, of similar pattern to the one at the grave of the late Hon. C. T. Rendell - I give and bequeath to the children of my deceased sisters Elizabeth Pittman Bayly and Amelia Kirby, to be equally divided among them, all my property of whatsoever sort or description whether personal or otherwise.  My property is as follows, viz, seventeen Government debentures at $250.00 each.  Twenty shares in the Consolidated Foundry Co.  The amount to my credit at the Savings Bank of Nfld  -  Ditto Ditto.  Current act Bank of Montreal.  House.  Stable and land at corner of Kings Bridge Road and Sheehan's Street.  Beds.  Bedding and furniture.  Five silver table spoons six silver tea spoons one silver sugar tongs.  Two silver salt spoons.  One silver mustard spoon.  Knives.  Steel.  Napkin rings.  One gold watch and chain.  One silver watch.  Three clocks. 1 Time piece - Dish covers - Kerosene Heater - Kerosene stove - Lamps.  Cooking Stove.  Kitchen utensils.  Brass Skillet. Violin - Concertina.  Book cases.  Books. Pictures.  Iron safe.  Revolver in case - Four sets Antlers.  1 Silver plated Salver - 1 Cake Basket.  Biscuit Barrel.  1 tea Pot   2 Cruet Frames.  Salts.  Decanters Custard Cups Handsome set old china ware.  In the Stable Grinding stone, various gardening Carpentering, Farming Implements and Tools.  The residue if any of whatever sort or description I also give and bequeath to the children of my two sisters Elizabeth Pittman Bayly and Amelia Kirby, deceased, to be equally divided among them.  I appoint His Lordship Bishop White and Albert J.
