In re
Patrick Christopher deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Patrick Christopher, of St.
John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Pensioner. I revoke all former
wills by me at anytime made and I appoint my daughter Margaret Mary Christopher,
the Executrix of this my will: I give and bequeath to my said Executrix
my leasehold messuage on Flavin Street where I reside In Trust for the
use and occupation of the same by my three daughters, namely Mary Elizabeth,
the said Margaret Mary and Gertrude Mary while they all remain unmarried,
and if one or more of my said daughters should marry then for the use and
occupation of the unmarried sister or sisters but in such case the unmarried
sister or sisters remaining in the house shall pay a proportionate part
of the net annual rental value of the same after payment of ground rent,
water rates, insurance and repairs to the said sister or sisters so marrying,
and if all my said daughters should desire not to use and live in the said
house then my said Executrix to rent or sell the same as may be desired
by a majority of my said three daughters and divide the net proceeds equally
between them. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand
at St. John's aforesaid this fourth day of November in the year of our
Lord One thousand nine hundred and Sixteen. P. Christopher.
Signed, Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his last Will
and Testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time who
at his request and in his presence hereunto subscribe ourselves as Witnesses
attesting the due execution hereof.
