This is the last will and testament of me Sarah Daymond of St. John's Newfoundland  Spinster and I revoke all former wills by me made I give all my property of whatsoever kind I die possessed of to my dear sister Emma Daymond and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will.  In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will the 4th day of July 1912.  Sarah Daymond.  Signed by the above named Sarah Daymond as her last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.  Jas J.
