Noah Cotter. deceased.
This is the last will and testament of me Noah Cotter of Saint John's
Newfoundland. Painter.
First. I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary
expenses shall be first paid out of my estate.
Second. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Tryphena Cotter
all lands goods chattels and effects of every description of which I shall
died possessed for her sole use and benefit.
Third. I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will.
Witness my hand at Saint John's this twentieth day of March one thousand
nine hundred and six. Noah Cotter. X his mark. Signed
published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and
testament in our presence who in the presence of the testator and of each
other [all present at the same time] have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses. The same having first being read over to and approved
