Will of Thomas Trainor of St. John's
In re 
Thomas Trainor    deceased.

I, Thomas Trainor of St. John's, Engineer, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.  After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise and bequeath all the property of every description of which I may die possessed, save and except the bequest hereinafter contained, to my wife Elizabeth Trainor.  I give to my executor hereinafter named the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to be applied by her in the celebration of Masses for the repose of my soul.  I appoint the said Elizabeth Trainor Executrix of this my will.  St. John's, June 8th, 1916.  Thomas Trainor.  Signed, published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.  M.
