Will of William B. Smith of St. John's
In re                     
William B. Smith  deceased.

I, William B. Smith, of St. John's in the Colony of Newfoundland, Master Carpenter, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament.
First.  I hereby revoke and declare null and void all other and former wills by me made.
Second.  I will and direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death.
Third.  I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Ray Archibald Smith my house and land on Pleasant Street in the City of St. John's aforesaid, having a frontage on the said street of about ninety-four [94] ft. in all.
Fourth.  I give and bequeath all my household furniture, goods, chattels and effects unto my said son Roy Archibald Smith save as hereinafter provided.
Fifth.  I give and bequeath unto my wife, Jessie Smith, all my furniture in her bedroom in my said house on Pleasant Street, together with one [1] plush covered chair, one [1] Rocker, the sewing machine now in my said house, and the sum of two hundred [$200.00] for her sole use and benefit.
Sixth.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Rita Smith, the sum of one hundred dollars [$100.00] if she reaches the age of twenty-one [21] years.
Seventh.  I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Russell Smith the sum of one hundred dollars [$100.00] if he reaches the age of twenty-one [21] years.
Eighth.  I give and bequeath unto my son Allan Jackson Smith the sum of one hundred  dollars [$100.00] 
Ninth.  I give and bequeath unto my son Rowland Smith the sum of one hundred dollars [$100.00]
Tenth.  All the rest, residue and remainder I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Roy Archibald Smith.
Eleventh.  I hereby nominate and appoint my son Roy Archibald Smith to be the Executor of this my well.  
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand, at St. John's, this 15th day of November A. D. 1919.  Richard Morris.  F. Gordon Bradley.
