Will of Levi Squires of Saint Phillips
In re 
Levi Squires  deceased

In the name of God Amen  I Levi Squires farmer of Saint Phillips in the Electoral District of Saint John's West in the Island of Newfoundland  Do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament  I give devise and bequeath my whole property situate on the Western side of Saint Phillip's consisting of lands, Dwelling house, house-hold furniture, Outhouses, farming utensils, and all other effects real and personal of which I may die possessed or be entitled to, unto my wife Elizabeth Squires and I appoint Nathaniel Tucker of Saint Phillip's aforesaid to be the sole executor of this my will  
In witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my mark at Saint Phillip's this Nineteenth day of April Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and Six  
Levi his X mark Squires  
The Testator having first had this document read over and explained to him, declared it to be his last Will and Testament, and affixed his mark thereto in our presence, who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
