Mary Ridout deceased
In the name of God. Amen. I. Mary Ridout relict of the late James
Ridout of Long Pond in the Electoral District of Harbor Main, being in
perfect health of Body and of perfect mind and memory, do make and ordain
this my last Will and Testament.
First. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary all that I possess
vis My part one third of the dwelling house I am living in, one third of
the stable and one third of the store and the land each part is on Also
all goods and chattles I may be possessed of at my death. I give
and bequeath to my daughter Mary my share of my husband's land, one third
of the land by the dwelling house and one half of the land in by the Pine
Marsh Road. I also give to my daughter Mary all the sheep I may possess
at my death- and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke, and disannul
all and every other former testaments, Wills and bequests by me in anywise
before named, willed and bequeathed. ratifying this and confirming this,
and no other, to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 27th
day of August, in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Twenty.

Signed, Sealed, Published, pronounced, and declared by the said Mary
Ridout as her last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in her
presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our
names as witnesses.
