Will of James Malone of Logy Bay
In re 
James Malone  deceased

In the name of God. Amen.  I, James Malone of Logy Bay in the Electoral District of St. John's East, Fisherman. do make publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament.  
First.  I give devise and bequeath to my son Patrick Malone all my lands properties goods estate and effects of every nature and kind of which I shall die possessed for his own sole use and benefit subject however to right which I hereby give to my wife Sarah Malone, to have her home on the said property and to be supported and maintained therefrom by my said son Patrick Malone so long as she shall live and remain unmarried upon the death or remarriage of my said wife the said right shall cease and the said lands porperties goods estate and effects shall be the absolute property of my said son Patrick Malone. 
Secondly.  I hereby nominate and appoint my said son Patrick Malone to be the Executor of this my will.   James  his X mark Malone.  
Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our hands as witnesses at St. John's this 25th day of September 1915. It having first been read over and explained to the said testator who expressed himself as  fully understanding the same.
